PCH Hotels & Resorts Honors Karen Moulton with annual Aura “Bucky” Miller Hospitality With Heart & Soul Award
Mobile, AL – October 24, 2025 – PCH Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is proud to announce Ms. Karen Moulton as the 2025 recipient of the prestigious Aura J. “Bucky” Miller Hospitality With Heart & Soul Award. This award is the highest recognition given to a PCH associate who exemplifies the company's core values and the principles of hospitality embodied in Bucky Miller's famous "commandments" for those who serve in the hospitality industry.
Ms. Moulton, a Concierge at the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel in Mobile, AL, has been a valued team member since 2014. Known for her incredible ability to connect with guests, her significant contributions to the culture and operations of the business, and wide-ranging community service investment of time and resources, Karen is the true heartbeat of the Riverview Plaza team.
The Bucky Miller Award is named in honor of Aura J. “Bucky” Miller, a legendary figure who dedicated 61 years to The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa in Point Clear, AL. Known as “Mr. Hospitality,” Miller was the recipient of numerous accolades, including the J.W. Marriott Award of Excellence, congressional recognition, and honors from seven Southern states. In 2002, the Alabama Department of Tourism named him one of “Alabama’s Unforgettable Faces.” Miller’s commandments of hospitality are centered around kindness, care, positivity, a "can do" attitude, and treating others with respect—values that Ms. Moulton exemplifies in her everyday work and life.
