Business Alabama magazine once again names PCH Hotels & Resorts among Best Companies to Work for in Alabama for the 3rd consecutive year
PCH Hotels & Resorts, a Mobile-based hotel management firm, is proud to announce it has been recognized for the third consecutive year as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Alabama by Business Alabama magazine. This annual program, now in its 14th year, is a partnership between Business Alabama magazine and Best Companies Group and is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Alabama—companies that benefit the state’s economy, workforce, and business community.
PCH Hotels & Resorts earned this recognition in 2023, 2024, and again in 2025, and remains the only hospitality company included on the Best Companies to Work for in Alabama list. The final rankings were published in the December issue of Business Alabama, with an awards ceremony held at Birmingham’s McWane Center.

With properties spanning the state—from Point Clear to Florence—PCH hotels are award-winning, internationally recognized, and deeply rooted in the communities they serve. Companies from across the state participated in a two-part survey process to determine the Best Companies to Work for in Alabama. The first phase evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, accounting for approximately 25% of the overall score. The second phase consisted of an employee survey measuring the employee experience, which represented approximately 75% of the evaluation. Best Companies Group managed the survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
